Given the number of players who have outright stated they will no longer be purchasing any further F1 games until this is resolved, you surely now have a clear business case here for addressing this issue. This is also a clear opportunity for you to demonstrate your commitments to quality and player satisfaction, reinforcing the trust and loyalty we have in your brand.
This approach also aligns with the growing expectation among gamers that developers will continue to improve and support their products over time, contributing to a positive and lasting relationship with your audience. Compared to later instalments, F12019 is well known within the community for being a superior game. I ask that you seriously listen to your player community and please re-consider providing support for this.
