I actually found a way to contact them and even explained them... This is the answer i got from their support
"As I reviewed your email and found that the description of the issue is not sufficient enough to identify the real problem. Therefore, I request you to elaborate the issue a bit more, so that the issue gets resolved as quickly as possible."
So i do not know how to better explain this to them then i already did on above post and when i sent to support i even wrote steps
1) launch game on steam
2) go to events
3) see event is "expired" and missing
4) cant do event = cant do achievement.
Feels sadly like their support do not acknowledge anything that is not found on EA App itself even tho the game now belongs to them
