F1 2019 - I can't play Ranked anymore

Long story short, everything went well until 10 days ago when I was about to be promoted to Safety Rating A (which I achieved before but dropped back to B due to no fault of my own), the game gave me a message that I have only 2 more races to complete, when the B-rated person I was playin' with suddenly bailed on me and left me hangin'.

And after that I simply cannot play Ranked anymore, neither with him nor with anyone else (I tried with S, C and no rated, didn't work).

Be so kind and provide a solution for this annoying problem.
