F1 2021 and F1 2022 stopped working

F1 2021 and F1 2022 stopped working. It freezes once it reaches the press start screen.it started Friday morning.

This issue affected many games on XBOX consoles and was caused by an XBOX system update. There is now a further update that solves the problem. If you want it immediately you'll need to do so via the XBOX Insider program, or wait till the update is pushed to all players (I have no idea when this may happen).

Hi. I have the sane problem on my Xbox one 2021 f1 game. Do we call EA sports? Xbox had me reset console and reload game and neither fixed it.
What is the next step to do? Thks

Nothing. This is a problem caused by XBOX for which XBOX have provided a fix (currently via Insider program but will presumably will be rolled out to everyone at some point).
