F1 2021 Logitech G920 wheel shakes violently

@ianmac505Same here, started about a day ago, I play every day, on Saturday it starts vibrating violently as soon as driving track starts. To be clear: this is not the usual vibration felt on track, not the usual oscillation caused when taking hands off wheel. Updated firmware, reduced all FFB settings to zero(including damper), deleted custom G920 profile, used default g920 profile - to no avail. Game and wheel and pedals work fine aside from the violent vibration.

Some people on reddit are advising to increase the “Advanced tuning menu” up to 2520.

But I just can’t find where is this setting.

Thank you for that. I did see that one but the best I can tell that only applies to Fanatec wheels (not Logitech) as I also couldn’t find that setting. Also note I am playing game on Xbox One 

For info those having the same issue.
used Logitech GHub software to turn down the wheel sensitivity 

disconnected pedals to rule them out as the cause and recoded gear paddles as throttle and brake just to test

no effect issue is still there 

Same problem here, G920 playing F1 2021 on XBOX Series S. The issue just started a few days ago.

Exactly the same here. Started yesterday, same as OP..

Seems to work fine with other games.  All manner of settings adjustments, disabling FFB fail to help.

Called Logitech - they were is helpful as they could be, but it obviously seems to be an in-game problem since it accepts inputs okay despite the vibration and functions properly in other games.

Playing F1 2021 on my Xbox with my G920 steering wheel and it just starts to violently shake back and forth as soon as I start driving, even if I press start to bring up the menu the shaking still carrys on. I have reset my xbox and the game and tried changing settings and even turned off force feedback, still happens, my steering wheel works completely fine on other games like asseto corsa so is a bug in F1 2021 please help

I have exactly the same issue and started about 4-5 days ago. The game is unplayable (with the wheel). All other racing games are ok (Forza, Wreckfest, NASCAR, etc)

I have this on Series X and Hori FFB Dlx wheel too.

Last update Series X maybe.

I have not played since march though, and now F1 2021, WRC 9 and 7 act up on this.

I reported among bugs just now.

Somebody need to talk to Microsoft over this since must be an os update.

- nothing else changed

- many games affected

and many wheels too, it seems.

I should mentioned DR2 and FM7 works just fine.

Please use Report a problem app on Xbox shutdown screen so MS get flooded with info on this.

It's the last update for Xbox the other day that cause this.

I confirm the same here. The "hammer shake" happens only with F1 2021. 

No issues with Assetto Corsa Competizione. 

Waiting for a solution...
