Same issue here. I have subscribed only to play F1 22 and FIFA 23 (but mainly for F1 22) and I cant get the game to start. No error message, no nothing just black screen and then the game is closing and i am back on the desktop. Very frustrating. I have even tried to re-install and tried launching it from both the Origin and the EA app, same result.
@viee86 I have tried those two solutions as well, even by logging in EA site, once when we're discoboumbed we try every possible thing. Nothing's worked. It would be nothing but fair if EA gave my money back.
I am having the exact same issues for more than two months now. You can find more details in the respective threads that are flying around.
One interesting dfact that I have been pointing out a lot is that many DxDiags of affected users show that AMD CPU + Nvidia GPU are being used. This is also true in your case.
@EA_Atic Can we please finallyget some information about this? What is your dev team saying about all the DxDiags?
- @sleepaholic That's an interesting fact to point out. Although, at the minimum requirements there's no advising or warning about this.
