Community ManagerTry the following troubleshooting steps, particularly SFC:
- In the EA app, click on the game and then Manage, Repair
- Make sure your display is connected to your GPU and not the motherboard video output

Now the game is ok.
The display problem is caused by my old vga monitor, I'll change it.
