Community ManagerUsing a can of compressed air can clean a console better than other methods, make sure it is plugged out of the electricity and that you hold the can vertically so no liquid comes out.
Storing the console out in the open rather than in an enclosed cabinet can help too.

@EA_Barry This doesn’t work! It’s only happening on the menus and post race scenes in f1 22, nothing else makes it happen, even after following all of Microsoft and your advice! Please sort it out, it used to happen on fifa so it’s definitely an EA problem.
