You have to have immersive pit turned to on.

That is setup. I get the box and count down etc. There is just not the button number that needs pushing at turn in.
i have seen a working on so I know where it should be.
- @Crispy1970 Try using the same button that you press to accept things in game. I noticed that it doesn't always show during pit stop, but that is a button that works for me.
