Been playing F1 2022 for over a month with no issues. Yesterday mid session I received an error message that I can now no longer progress pass. It reads "Failed to connect to online services. Error code 2631071469:S. 

There is no issue with my network connectivity, all other devices run fine. And other EA games such as FIFA and apex legends linked to the same account also run without issue.

Tried EA help but just get met with the same suggestions such as restarting your Xbox and WiFi etc which is not helping.
