F1 21 PS4 free PS5 upgrade

Hello there. I recently bought the physical copy of F121 PS4 from my local store. A brand new seald game not second hand. I bought because on box said " upgrade to the digital PS5 version of the game at no additional cost ". ( I can attach the link where I bought, the copy of paycheck and the photo of the case with upgrade confirmation ). I installed the game on PS5 but sadly there is no any upgrade version for download. Usually other PS4 games pops up automatically the upgrade or you can find at product page on PS5 store. Here with this game nothing happened and can't find manually a PS5 upgrade. Please help me with your game and let me know for further information required from me about this game. Thank You dear customer support team.
