It is possible the replay is not compatible with the current version of the game. 

Delete the replay and let us know if a similar issue reoccurs, thanks.

@EA_Barry A similar issue had occurred since then. Did a four car 25% race that I finished, saved the replay, and that didn't load either. I'm not sure how it couldn't be compatible when I haven't yet gotten an update? That confuses me quite a bit.

    An additional comment is that other completed Driver Career races load as normal.
