Same for me since Tuesday, and EA help just not helping at all, I also changed my account, created a new one, reinstalld the game, wheel firmware update etc, this is clearly a game problem, is also happening with F1 2021, not with 2020 or later, that are not EA.
I did exactly the same and found it happened in F1 2021 as well, just haven't checked 2019 or 2020. Will flick you a message if I get a reply but EA said to call them but then won't give me their phone number!

I Finally solved the issue!!!, hope works for you guys too, check if you are participating in the Xbox insider preview program and just dismiss it, go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/account-profile/manage-account/Xbox-insider-program look for "I not longer want to participate in the program" and follow the steps, then you will need to perform a factory reset, you can do it keeping the games and apps, just need to add your accounts again and that's it. .

@SteveJackson Just got home and everything seems to be working. Thanks for all of the help guys! I understand how Insider Hub works now but still wouldn't know how to correct the Insider Hub changes if they did occur. Should be fine in future, thanks again. Shame about your data (I lost mine as well but it was a separate problem.)

Will that delete all my data or is there something I have to do to save that.
- 3 years ago@DevotedCarton3 You can keep all your data, just choose to keep games apps etc. In the options for the factory reset, if you have the Xbox app in your phone or tablet logged with your account it will be easier to configure again your console with your account after the reset. Hope it helps
