I am getting the exact same issue. No matter what i do mailbox is bugged. I have deleted game reinstalled, deleted all save data etc still nothing. Mine is on PS

I had t gos issue for a couple of weeks, but I thought it was fixed in the recent patch 1.08 update, but today I joined a league and the issue is back!

I'll pass this along.My friends and I are currently having this issue. I don’t want to leave the league and lose all my progress trying to fix it. If it doesn’t work then I won’t even be able to join any leagues for careers as the mail won’t load. This is very stupid for this to be in the game and the fact it’s not fixed after all these months is unbelievable. We all have the glitch.

A bunch of us are having this issue too. I am based in Vancouver, BC and the guys I play with are all in the UK. 5 of us in total all with the same issue. We’re now unable to play in a private league together until this is resolved.

I have exact same problem - basically can’t play any modes that I want to as emails won’t load. What I can’t understand is that it briefly worked again then stopped today…!!!

Mail worked again but its now back to 3 pages of spinning:
