- Which platform are you playing on?
- What is your PSN ID/Xbox Gamertag/Steam ID/EA ID?
- What is your 16 digit report code (you can find this in-game under the Pause menu, or under Settings at the home screen)?

I had t gos issue for a couple of weeks, but I thought it was fixed in the recent patch 1.08 update, but today I joined a league and the issue is back!
I am on Xbox One
My Xbox Gamertag is DesolationDot4

I'll pass this along.My friends and I are currently having this issue. I don’t want to leave the league and lose all my progress trying to fix it. If it doesn’t work then I won’t even be able to join any leagues for careers as the mail won’t load. This is very stupid for this to be in the game and the fact it’s not fixed after all these months is unbelievable. We all have the glitch.

You can join a league using access code. Then you don't need to use mail, still sucks for C🤭p but for leagues it work.
