I had this same bug today in MyTeam. Radio button disappeared aftet there was a technical issue with my car (ERS stuck activated). When engineer informed issue has been fixed, I was not able to use the radio anymore during the race.

Playing on PS5, MyTeam, Monaco GP and Logitech G29. No issues with the radio before this happened.
