F1 22 - Radio button disappears from HUD and stops working

Summarize your bug During My Team gameplay, the button to activate the radio dissapears. This in turn makes impossible to do any radio calls and answer strategy changes. The game clearly recognizes that I'm pressing the radio button because you can see the driver pushing the button on the wheel but nothing happens. (See video attached)
Which area is the bug/glitch in? My Team
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Haven't found a way to 100% replicate it
What happens when the bug occurs? The button indicator for the radio disappears from the HUD and makes the radio non functional.
What do you expect to see? The button indicator for the radio should be present and functional.

    Fixed/Possible workaround - Voice Commands Not Available
     
    Like many, the Voice Commands did not work for me in F1 22. I went back and tried F1 2020 and they also did not work, but they had previously. The difference was that I had reformatted and reinstalled Windows since the last time I played F1 2020.

    ALSO different was that I had F1 2018 installed before the reformat/Windows reinstall, but NOT after.

    For testing purposes, and not really expecting much, I downloaded F1 2018 and the voice commands worked. They also worked in F1 2020 and F1 22.

    If you can, download F1 2018 to see if that enables voice commands.

    bug: After using several Times the Rewind in a Gaming Session the Radio Button dissapears.

    i repair that when i close the Game and start it new from PS5 hub.

    this Problem is there since Game Release.

    This is really frustrating. I have tried an alternate button. Binding and unbinding etc. nothing works. 

    what’s happened???

    come on EA, give us a clue

    Unfortunately for me that didn't work. Button is still gone then. Only the hand on the steering wheel reaches the button, so the controller allocation works, but nothing happens (no radio)
