F1 22 - Steering Wheel Rev Light Fix?
As in the title, my question is whether or not the Rev Lights on the Steering Wheel will be fixed for Time Tial, Career Mode & MyTeam?
In F1 2020 & F1 2021, and now in the preview build of F1 22, the Rev Lights on the Steering Wheel are incorrect, and do not accurately replicate the different types of individual Designs of the real life counterparts. The Rev Light, for whatever reason, is always the same in the aforementioned game modes.
For example, the Ferrari Steering Wheel uses the following Rev Light configuration in real life:
The Green LED's are only on when the DRS is viable or in use.
Only the Red and Blue LED's are lighting up in accordance to the rpm, to signal the optimal time of upshifting.
So the Ferrari uses a "2 LED RPM" configuration, just as every other team as well (even Aston Martin has adopted this configuration this year AFAIK).
The usage of the whole LED strip / Rev Light for the RPM (as was peviously used by the likes of Force India / Racing Point) is not being used by any F1 team in 2022 anymore (i double checked all real life onboards of the last Monaco GP)!!!
Whilst in the game it looks like this...
Please try to fix this for F1 22!
PS: This specific issue was already raised in the past on the old Forums too, during the lifetime of F1 2020 and F1 2021 to be precise, but sadly it was not fixed. It would be a shame, if this issue is still prevelant in F1 22!
Also, this 100% wasn't a issue in F1 2018 or F1 2019 IIRC, so why did it become a issue and why was it not fixed for 3 years in a row, as it exists as a known issue since 2020 and is still around (haunting your playerbase) in F1 22?
