F1 22 AI difficulty all over the place

Summarize your bug AI difficulty slider does little to nothing (since 1.06)
Which area is the bug/glitch in? My Team
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play my team
What happens when the bug occurs? i used to play @ 84 -> after 1.06 i had to go to 74 overall. I used 74 in my team aswell. then i noticed my teammate was faster. so i lowered the slider to 70 -> 68 -> 64 all did very little. Then i checked it in a race -> set the difficulty to 64 and my teammate did a 1.12.2 @ canada then set it back to 74 and my teammate did a 1.11.9 this is a 2 tenths difference for 10 points on the slider. Also the Qualy speed of the AI feels off (no prove tho) The my team car was the "fastest" in development -> my teammate qualified 4th and i was 10th somehow.
What do you expect to see? Normally it was about 1 tenth for 1 % When i have the fastest car i expect to be ably to be on pole. i went from 84 to 64 and still felt no difference in the difficulty -> expect to see a clear speed difference in 84 and 64 % AI

With all the bugs it feels like i am beta testing the game instead of triyng to play a game i paid full price for. we are now 1 month after release and i realy hoped with 1.06 i could play MY team mode. after 2 days playing i just now gave up. This realy means something since i bought all the f1 games since 2015. this is the first time i am to dissapointed to continue playing.

It would be nice to see a apologie from the makers, because this just is not fun and doesn't promote to buy F1 23...

    I agree, AI is totally inconsistent. From My team, to GP, even in online lobbies and co-op career. It's like they only adjust it in one game mode or something. It's even track to track too, 2 second faster in quali than AI but then struggle to keep pace in the race?! The game is such as mess

    @Zigg00 Yep AI all over place. Out qualify my teammate on 100AI but In the race I’m half a second slower!

    I’ve recently  found. Prior my team careers my powertrain being Mercedes or red bull would be at the top of powertrain rankings and my team ranked between 7-9 overall .  And was seriously struggling.  My latest career I’ve gone with Renault and My powertrain is bottom by at least one minor upgrade.  And 8th ranked team Overall With ai 75 practice and 85 for qualifying and race.  Im passing all practice programs with ease and I’m qualifying best off the rest in 6-8 place and not finishing lower than that.  Can handle ai on the straights except for the top 3 teams but I’d expect that.

    So be mindful and it’s just a theory atm but game difficulty. Esp practice programs  seems to be solely based on powertrain.   And not team performance rankings as it should.  And if your lacking chassis and aero using grades you’ve got little to no hope off hitting  the targets

    Yeah, this has been since 1.06 specifically and EA have not acknowledged this yet it seems... just the straight line speed problems.

    Hey all

    Anybody know if this is fixed in 1.07?

    Also the 1.06 My team car was heavy unstable, even when you increased the car performance to the top of the field, the car doesn't get more stable/ better to drive.

    Can anybody of EA reply me if this is fixed?

    Just want to have fun in the game like F1 21 MyTeam.
