F1 22 audio stutter/drop out PC

Hello,

The audio for my game keeps dropping out and stuttering. I've reinstalled the game twice, repaired the files for the game as well and still having the issue. Any suggestions on fixing?

  • I have found that disabling all unused Audio Outputs seems to solve the issue.

To do this: In Windows, Go to Settings > System > Sound > Manage Sound Devices

Disable all you're not actively using by clicking them and pressing 'Disable'.

    Hope this helps!

    Sadly didn't work for me.

My old PC didn't have this problem.

So I bought a USB soundcard (€ 45,-) to fix this stutter. CRAZY!

@ThatOneNovaGuy Wow. This is everything but a fix. I swear EA need to stop signing "Release no matter the state" contracts... This game is proof EA aren't bothered by bugs on release.

€45,- did the trick. i needed to buy one anyway since my new PC doesn't have the orange/black outputs on the soundcard ☹️

  • its still a problem Im on PS4 it happens when I get into an online race and the audio sounds like a broken blender its so bad it affects my concentration so EA/Codemasters please fix this immediately

  • I had this problem, i was using an xbox remote on my pc connected via bluetooth. When i plugged the controller in instead of using bluetooth it fixed everything.
