I don't know if my PSN is linked to another account. If it isn't, I'm not being given the option to link it to an EA account. If it is, I don't know where it is linked to.

could you try and head to our login page here and try to login with your PSN Account and let me know if that worked? If you are logged in you can go into your EA Account profile and change e-mail addresses and also update your password.

I attempted that, but it came up with needing to reset my password. I have a feeling that the PSN ID is connected to an email account that I have only just found out has been deactivated.

I see, this might be a tricky one, but do you remember what e-mail address you used on the EA Account before? If yes, please try to send a password reset to that e-mail. If you use multiple emails, try all of them and send out a password reset and see if one of them gets a mail with a reset link.

How do I connect my psn account?.
Same as everyone else. Was told by EA help that I can never do online gaming on any EA game with any playstation using my PSN account. Instead of doing anything to fix, they advised me to get a refund. Great solution, we dont care, get your money back.
