Hi Ea,
I pre-ordered F1 2022 Champions Edition digital game, for some apparent reason i cannot log into my EA account, on F1 2021 it automatically logged in for me and the first time starting F1 2022 is says im unable to log in and i need to reset my password. I have followed all the prompts by resetting my password, changing my account name, and every time i try to log into the game it still says i can't sign in i have to reset my password, please help me out as this is a little frustrating as I've been looking forward to this game for a while now.

Same here. For some reason the game just keeps telling me to retry. Account info is correct, checked on my laptop.
- @olasoypeewee Same here, it keeps saying ‘retry’ but nothing happens. On F1 2021 everything worked just fine

yeah, literally same issue. And my steam isn't linked to any EA account, so I don't know why it doesn't let me. I even unlinked my EA account from my xbox live.
Its asked me to reset password! Yeah ive reset it more than 10
times and its still not letting me log in the game to get online services!

However that is simply not true: I still old my EA account from 2011, long before you could connect your PSN to an EA account, and yet I have the same issue.Did anyone find a solution? Why can't I just do a manual login from my PS5? My EA account is active, and working, and I can remember my login.....
After 4 days I finally came through to EA support... Spend 1 hour going no where. They rediretly me to the bug site, despite the bug site clearly states "For account-related issues please reach out to us via EA Help. "
Anyway, as this was the only option EA support could provide, I ended up creating a bug.
