Received a call from EA (nice)...
The rep from EA said the account I was attempting to use was too old - could not be reactivated...
and that I would need to use a different Playstation account - which I have...
I logged into my 2nd Playstation account - and it linked to my EA account. whew...
Complicated world of gaming...
2 EA accounts,
2 Playstation accounts,
2 Xbox accounts...
finally able to get into online...
- @jeffpaul12345 That was all I was told I can do, but now I have a Champions Edition with no pitcoin balance. Request to have EA provide the balance, since I cannot connect to EA online on my "main" PSN (only had one until now). This is the 3rd EA game I have played in the past decade, Battlefield on PS4 launch and Anthem. I didn't even refund Anthem because I still enjoyed it at for about a month, and I thought getting my 18k pitcoin was a simple request.
I will probably request a Pitcoin refund - or transfer to my other account....
