I have the same issue, and the issue is certainly on EA side. My email is correct, I keep being prompted to reset my password (in game, which is frustrating) and have reset several times. I also log in on my EA account at ea.com and for whatever reason I show no connections in My Account settings. In order to test my PSN being linked, I re-downloaded F1 21 and I connect no problem, I see my pitcoins and all things related to podium pass. I am starting to wonder if, for whatever reason, early access just does not have connection to EA severs, since this is across all platforms when searching this issue.
