I have not been able to sign into my EA Account in F1 22. There is no option to sign in. Whenever I start the game, it tells me an account is required, with the option to retry or cancel. No matter how many times I hit retry, it doesn't work.
I have unlinked my EA account from Steam to hopefully force it to sign me in again, but even that didn't work.
So now I am stuck with an unlinked EA account that I can't seem to link again.

If you are still running into this issue, can you try logging to another EA game like Apex Legends or FIFA for exemple? When you arrive in the lobby, just quit the game and log back in F1 22 and let us know if the error comes again.
I have the same issue and this doesn't solve my issue.
New game, can't play online. IT SUCKS.
Whatever you do, don't unlink your steam account from EA. You cannot link it back.
So just to play a rerelease of last years game with grip tuned down, I can no longer play EA games I own through steam online.

Apex Legends gets stuck at the loading screen. I installed it just to test this prior to seeing your message.
I've refunded the game and purchased through the EA app, but I'm disappointed as I can't play with my friends who are all on steam, as well as the shared setups, etc.
