@jeffpaul12345 That was all I was told I can do, but now I have a Champions Edition with no pitcoin balance. Request to have EA provide the balance, since I cannot connect to EA online on my "main" PSN (only had one until now). This is the 3rd EA game I have played in the past decade, Battlefield on PS4 launch and Anthem. I didn't even refund Anthem because I still enjoyed it at for about a month, and I thought getting my 18k pitcoin was a simple request.
I will probably request a Pitcoin refund - or transfer to my other account....

Can someone from EA staff help me? 29th of June I created a case to EA Help, because somehow my account is banned about month ago. I don't know why and I have never been banned. EA's Help haven't answer.
I haven't have time to play about two months, so I wonder why I have been banned about month ago? EA's guide tells, that I should get an email, if I'm banned - I haven't got this information. I checked also my junk emails - nothing.
My account can't be hacked, because I have EA login verification on.
Please help me.
When it asks for your email account give your PSN email instead, it will send you a link where you can create a new password and your (new) ea account with the same psn email will be linked to PSN.
Do we have other options than inform European Consumer Centre about EA, make a police report about EA and refund all the EA games from Steam? Because account is locked by EA and we can't play any of EA games, that we have paid.
