Can someone from EA staff help me? 29th of June I created a case to EA Help, because somehow my account is banned about month ago. I don't know why and I have never been banned. EA's Help haven't answer.
I haven't have time to play about two months, so I wonder why I have been banned about month ago? EA's guide tells, that I should get an email, if I'm banned - I haven't got this information. I checked also my junk emails - nothing.
My account can't be hacked, because I have EA login verification on.
Please help me.

Do we have other options than inform European Consumer Centre about EA, make a police report about EA and refund all the EA games from Steam? Because account is locked by EA and we can't play any of EA games, that we have paid.
