I have the same issues, help desk at EA is absolutely arrogant and pushes the issue to me. I have been running f1 21 on my PS5 with no issues login in to the account, but now it is an issues all of a sudden. Asked for a refund, was looking forward to this game but paying 89 euros for something that does not work is bullsht
Same here. EA support said my PSN account is linked with a deleted EA account. That seems possible. I might've had a previous account many years ago, somehow still linked to PSN Or maybe I didn't, I can't remember. But then ... why can I play F1 2021 online?
There's something else going on here, and chat support is not up for trying to figure it out, or even escalating to specialized support.
Don't get me started on hitting the brick wall of linking my PSN with, say, an account that hasn't been deleted.

Got this issue as well. Cannot login to my EA account even though have reset my password many times. Am currently playing F1 22 on my Xbox Series X and this retry option is annoying. Missing out on the multiplayer/online and gaining XP. Please fix.

Hi. Yeah... there is no option for live chat or a phone number. It kicks me right to the self help that doesn't answer or provide any help at all.
Any other advice?
