Same here. EA support said my PSN account is linked with a deleted EA account. That seems possible. I might've had a previous account many years ago, somehow still linked to PSN Or maybe I didn't, I can't remember. But then ... why can I play F1 2021 online?
There's something else going on here, and chat support is not up for trying to figure it out, or even escalating to specialized support.
Don't get me started on hitting the brick wall of linking my PSN with, say, an account that hasn't been deleted.

Got this issue as well. Cannot login to my EA account even though have reset my password many times. Am currently playing F1 22 on my Xbox Series X and this retry option is annoying. Missing out on the multiplayer/online and gaining XP. Please fix.

Hi. Yeah... there is no option for live chat or a phone number. It kicks me right to the self help that doesn't answer or provide any help at all.

I tried to contact EA and they said to me that I have to wait because their team is working on this issue but the problem is that I purchased Champions Edition to play 3 days before the launch and 3 days after I'm still not able to play the game. I mean its EA what can I say,
This is a joke comment, as you can read many already reached out to your freaking help desk and they just say, hey your problem not ours. I even had one of your help desk employees say "cant help you" and just end the conversation.

Could you actually respond to our messages? WE F****** payed money to play the game (INCLUDING ONLINE FEATURES) There are still many players facing the issue and you do not care. i will not even complain about buying the champions edition... 3 days early access they said, well that was a lie.
Does any Manager know anything on why this happens or when will THE UPDATE release? A lot of people like have tried everything mods and managers have said. We are waiting for an update on the game wich is what Contact EA worker said to me. This is exhausting.
