But still it stays mystery to me - How the heck I can go online in F1 21, if my EA account "expired"? :-)

@2aee1f7143ccb8305f228b81db6ec00b Yep.. does F1 2021 use EA's online system or PSN maybe? I honestly don't know. I just want to play the game I paid $80 for. All of it.
- 4 years ago@crooke356 Hm... good point... maybe F1 21 uses some "other" way to connect to EA server... I'm too frustrated... I even don't care anymore.
All I know is - I can't ever play EA games online on my PS anymore. - 4 years ago
You know, I feel bad for EA customer support reps. That is a thankless job and they do not have the tools to do it.
- 4 years ago@2aee1f7143ccb8305f228b81db6ec00b well.... I have EA play and have a couple games I play that I've downloaded from that subscription... How the hell am I able to play those? Jedi fallen order is one of them. I'm not sure what else. I guess fallen order (or whatever it's called) doesn't have an online feature? But how am I able to do anything EA on my PS? Now I'm really confused.
- 4 years ago@crooke356 yep... same here.
Interesting, is there any "critical" mass to make EA change that idiotic (sry) linking system... If 100 players can't play EA games online anymore, I guess EA accepts that... But 1000 players? 10 000? - 4 years ago@2aee1f7143ccb8305f228b81db6ec00b I hope. But man, when was the last time you heard anything positive about EA in the media or online? It's all negative and it doesn't change.
- 4 years ago@crooke356 I have the same problems just with my Steam acc and nobody wanna help me.. i dont understand EA, have to pay 80 CHF and nothing works... THANKS EA....
- 4 years ago@L2theFabio I guess in Steam you can get refund... But PS has no option to refund. ☹️

@L2theFabioDon't know about Steam refund... Havn't used Steam for awhile and NEVER used that option at all.
But about PlayStation Store... I was pretty sure, that I can't refund. Hm... There maybe still is a chance to get refund!
I found an interesting point at PS Store:
"After purchasing this type of content through PlayStation Store, you have 14 days from purchase to request a refund. If you have started to download or stream the purchased content you will not be eligible for a refund unless the content is faulty."
So... Normally theres no way You can get refund. BUT... It's quite obvious, that F1 22 is FAULTY!---
I am too tired and too frustrated today. But good news! Theres at least a week to start refunding process at PS Store!
- 4 years ago@L2theFabio I'm pretty sure, that you can get refund at Steam too!
https://store.steampowered.com/steam_refunds/
".... but even if you fall outside of the refund rules we’ve described, you can ask for a refund anyway and we’ll take a look."
