You know, I feel bad for EA customer support reps. That is a thankless job and they do not have the tools to do it.
Interesting, is there any "critical" mass to make EA change that idiotic (sry) linking system... If 100 players can't play EA games online anymore, I guess EA accepts that... But 1000 players? 10 000?
- 4 years ago@2aee1f7143ccb8305f228b81db6ec00b I hope. But man, when was the last time you heard anything positive about EA in the media or online? It's all negative and it doesn't change.
- 4 years ago@crooke356 I have the same problems just with my Steam acc and nobody wanna help me.. i dont understand EA, have to pay 80 CHF and nothing works... THANKS EA....

@L2theFabioDon't know about Steam refund... Havn't used Steam for awhile and NEVER used that option at all.
But about PlayStation Store... I was pretty sure, that I can't refund. Hm... There maybe still is a chance to get refund!
I found an interesting point at PS Store:
"After purchasing this type of content through PlayStation Store, you have 14 days from purchase to request a refund. If you have started to download or stream the purchased content you will not be eligible for a refund unless the content is faulty."
So... Normally theres no way You can get refund. BUT... It's quite obvious, that F1 22 is FAULTY!---
I am too tired and too frustrated today. But good news! Theres at least a week to start refunding process at PS Store!
- 4 years ago@L2theFabio I'm pretty sure, that you can get refund at Steam too!

".... but even if you fall outside of the refund rules we’ve described, you can ask for a refund anyway and we’ll take a look."
