@karlc98 Try turning off rest mode settings and also change power saving to never put in rest mode and when turning off console never put in rest mode.
Hi, thanks for the reply, I’ll give this a go, not much more else i can do at this stage. Not sure this would fix it as on the first ps4 I had these issues I don’t think rest mode was enabled either and I still had crashing problems. But I guess maybe new generation and all might be different
Could I ask why this should be a possible solution? It confuses me why this could be causing the crashing
- @karlc98 It’s always been a issue with PS5 since launch. Sony have fixed the biggest issues but small issues still persist. One of them is game crashes.
Also if you have device link selected I’d turn that off.
I turn off al rest mode features as a rule and I’ve play 700ish hours just on F1 22. My game has only crashed a handful of times. Few of those were when I had rest mode on or when I’ve booted from rest mode.
It’s a widely reported issue. Plenty on YT videos on the issueDevice link as in connection to my phone?
