Are you playing the PS4 version of the game or the PS5 version?
Are you using any other peripherals than the standard controller?
Have you updated the Playstation software?
Have you tried deleting the save game? (Painful, I know but the error seems game related. Save games are corrupted frequently on this title, it's really something they need to sort out. Monolithic save games are bad, mmmkay 😉)
@SteveJackson Good point. I also delete my game saves regularly. Especially after a patch. Whenever there’s a patch that has an effects ‘improves’🙄gameplay i delete game and download and install the game again.
It’s not for everyone but as I only play myteam and don’t play more than 4 seasons before a restart a new one as by then I’ve won the championships and maxed everything. I see no reason to continue on. I like to go back and try a different starting engine, teammate etc
As for rest mode issue. It is interesting as I’ve noticed the games that seem to have issues are those that run in 120FPS. The F1 games and Black-Ops Cold War which would crash and brick the console.
