@winner5554 Found if you roght click on the steam icon anf go i to settings. Then click downloads on thenleft menu within the setting panel, there is a 'clear download cache' button but you will be forced to sign out then log back into steam.
This did solve my problem and was able to race for 2 hrs. Then on reboot the next day its the same process all over again...
1) disk cleanup on all drives
2)verify integrity of game cache for f1 22 in steam before i start sim commander
3) pray it doesnt crash
4) it crashes and I curse this game to hell
