Hello I just bought F1 2022 on origin and I have a problem each time I launch the game my screen becomes dark and "no signal" message appears , I had this problem with f1 2021 but not every time , i saw that it's because of my graphic card ( RX 590 ) , please I need help i wanna play
Hi @iTechyn , I actually solved the problem and it was the GPU temperature. I played with the computer case opened hundred of times and had no problem anymore. I also noticed that when the game crashed I could still hear sounds from Windows and seemed that the computer was responding to commands but without video signal.
Hi @ninhodoamor did you ever manage fix this issue? Really wanted to play F1 22 and bought a key for the game but now I'm having this issue, also with an RTX 3070.
My monitor loses signal after some time playing or when I restart a race. First I thought it was the CPU temperature, but started to monitor it and game crashes below 80°C and need to force restart the PC. I have a RTX 3070, all drivers updated, and even tried to reinstall the drivers and tried with different cables, hdmi and display port, game still crashes. Never had problems with F1 2020.
Things I've done:
- Reinstalled and updated GPU drivers (including AMD adrenaline suite)
- Had a look at temperatures and voltage and everything was normal, setted fans on maximum just in case for minimum temperatures.
- Set the game to run on admin by default.
- Lowered video game settings (no changes playing ultra in 2k or low in 1080).
- Disabled some postprocessing and video options from the AMD settings.
- Checked Windows error report and it only says that had a fatal error because of lack of power, but I checked that it showed because I had to hard reset the PC after the no signal error.
I insist that I had the same error in F1 2021 and that it was resolved with the updates, can't remember if it was mentioned in the reports as something concerning AMD GPUs, something about GPU usage during loading screens or just about general stability issues.
I have the same problem with the same GPU (RX590) and i had it with f1 21 as well.
In f1 21 it solved by itself within a few weeks with the patches and updates.
I still cant do a thing after buying the game a month ago in Origin, every time the game goes to a loading screen after a session, signal is gone.
Only games I experienced this so the solution should come from the developers not from us...
Please the game is unplayable. Has someone fix this problem? I’ve lowered the settings and the problem appear when the game is loading
I’ve just tried everything but nothing works. The problem is with rx590 graphic cards. Please fix that
