Also, try booting in Safe Mode and choose Option 5, Rebuild Database:

@EA_Barry this doesn't work, the console keep freezing after a couple of minutes playing, I even inizialize my PS4 and I'm reinstalling the game by the second time today to see is there are any improvement but until now I keep the same issue
