I tried everything but the game continues to bug.
It's the fault of the game and not the ps4 !!!!!!

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play Bahrain on My Team I guess

I have recently reinstalled everything & I rebooted & rebuild database. It didn't work for me either.
It must definitely be the game since it happens to so many in Bahrain.
If it was a overheated PS4, Why would we get overheated at the same place with perhaps different hours played before the crash.
I also got problems adding sponsors on different places on the car & is it just me or is the number on the car very blurry with bad graphics.
tried reinstalling, and it seemed to have fixed but then crashed again roughly- it seems to be around half an hour in of racing in a session, its tending to happen in my 50% races about half way.
i will now rebuild database and see if that fixes.
(this is obviously not directed at you at the managers oh here) but im getting pretty frustrated 'wasting' my time attempting all these fixes and then testing them as it often takes quite a while to see if there is an affect.....I have the same issue. I bought the game yesterday and it crashed 2 times while doing the race in Bahrain. EA please fix this issue asap!!!
Preordered the game. Keeps freezing in My Team at Australia.
Seeing all the same issues.
Not just confined to My Team mode, has happened in Grand Prix mode too.
The freezing/crashing, same error code, same presentation.
Cant add some sponsor decals to the car (some don't show up at all, some are cut off).
Custom helmet textures look glitched too.
All of this on PS4Seems like a memory leak or something....I'm trying to play GP mode right now (medium length) and I got through 1 race OK (Monza), but the game froze again with 1 lap to go at Spa....very annoying!
A fix for the freezing should be priority number 1.
