F1 22 crashing freezing on PS4

It’s happened to me 5 times now during my team races, and 2 of them was in the same sprint race. The game just freezes and then once I have restart the game it tells me I have to do a software update but when I check it in settings, it says there is no new software update. This just makes the game very unenjoyable and wastes a lot of time because I’ve nearly gotten to the end of the race (50% race) and there’s only a few laps left and then the game freezes and I have to restart the game again and then restart the whole race. This need to be fixed very quickly.
