People try to do the following steps and try again, I was playing yesterday for more than an hour and even today and the game works. Has a few of the other bugs but at least I can play
Step 1: Close all applications and shut down the console.
Step 2: Turn off your console using the power button on the front panel.
Step 3: Once the console is off, press and hold the power button. Release it after you've heard two beeps: one when you initially press, and another 7 seconds later.
Step 4: Connect the controller with the provided USB cable and press the PS button.
Step 5: If Safe Mode launched successfully, select Option 5.
According to updatecrazy F1 22 Patch 1.05 Notes (Version 1.005) – July 3, 2022 but I only get 1.02 on my game and it would have the latest version.
Guess all ps4 problems are because something went wrong with the updates and now we can't get any new ones. Hopefully ea and codemasters will finally do something about it. Been buying their racing games for 14 years and feel really sacked.
