F1 22 disadvantages pad players - HUGE delay to inputs

F1 22 has a huge issue with controllers/pads. As you can see from the video I uploaded there is a huge delay in steering compared to F1 2021, and this translates for pad players in being slow in dir...

@ScarDuck14 I jumped down to 300 after a vid by Limitless that ya get more bite. I know he's on a wheel but I'm seeing decent results which could just be my setup is evolving.
Also the plan has been to switch to a wheel FOREVER so I want to be as close as possible for when I quit shooting myself in the foot to make the transition as painless as possible.

    @BadMayh3m I figure on pad its opposite to wheel. But as I don’t have a wheel I’m guessing really. I figure reducing wheel rotation on wheel works because of the extra travel and control you have. But on pad increasing it helps open the steering quicker on corner exit meaning getting power down earlier. However the down side is reduced responsiveness when turning in tight chicanes
