@Reviyy Im on controller on xbox series s and Ive never seen this issue myself but my 1st question to anybody with FFB issues is always the same.
What is your wheel damper set at?
Some Esport guys run their WD up to 80% in their wheel drivers then set it to 1 in game but pad players cant do this.
Wheel damper is how the game tells the controlling device the relationship between track and tires i.e. feel of the road.
I can assume the problem isn't the controller or pad players everywhere would have the same issues.
That leaves your PC which I know VERY little about.
