F1 22 game crash pc, ego dumper
F1 22 crashes shortly after startup on steam.
The game roughly 30secs-1min after startup while going through the user agreement and settings.

Wanted to give a quick update, I've passed along what's been shared so far to the team. Thank you everyone for sharing errors and dxdiag's!
Looking through this thread I've seen reports be of when a crash happens or the exact message you get when the game crashes, due to this its possible some players in this thread are experiencing different issues, Below I have outlined some workarounds that others have shared in this thread as well as some additional steps to go through to see if it helps anyone out running into a crash or Ego Dump.
Shared Workarounds from others:
- Deleting the F1 22 folder inside C:\Users\[your_username_here]\Documents\My Games > delete folder called "F1 22" and it booted right up for me
- Try to use TAA or AMD FX instead of DLSS.
- Disable steam overlay (or the overlay of your client if you are not on Steam)
Additional Steps:
- Make sure your system is defaulted to using your dedicated GPU over any integrated graphics your system might have
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- If you are on the latest GPU driver try rolling back to the previous one
- Make sure any power settings are not on energy-saving mode or limiting your device performance
- Close other running applications and anti-cheat, or try putting your device in a Clean Boot and then running the game
- Ensure any security software (like an AV) is not interfering with your client and F1 or blocking the game's files from being accessible
