@SertacKaratepe_ I’m not a eloquent in my native tongue(English) so I’ll just echo what the Brazilian @mariohomoh said. I hate internet toxicity and bullying and can’t help but bite at times when aimed towards people who are just looking for help.
Guys I've read every single comment on this topic. I don't really understand one thing.
Could someone please explain me, why are you not using TC ON?
It is there. It is just suited for you. For the ones, who has only 2 hours of playtime per day and looking for some casual fun.
Do you really think it is fair to ask the developers for a change, so you can able to play without TC Assist and disappoint the people, who can play the game without any problem? That's why, there is a TC Assist.
Pushing the developers to make it easy for everyone to drive without TC find it unfair.
I have no words to the people asking for an adjustment in TC Medium.
I hope I don't light the dying fire again, but I really want to know why you don't play TC ON.

@Padrino78 I play without TC Assist and I am having fun, you don't hear me complain.
But if this lack of traction is unrealistic, why not patch it to make it more realistic?
Im sure EA won't patch it because people find it difficult, but because its not how its supposed to be.

I agree any realistic feature should be the target of the developers in "no assist mode", together with "keeping it playable for everybody" (but that should be the purpose of aids).
To help anybody to compare himself with the others, once again, filters in Time Trial would help a lot.

You not heard of google ?
- 3 years ago@Padrino78 Don’t even take that bait bro because what you said makes 1000% sense. It’s the same with all games, people who invest time and energy can do without all kinds off “trainingwheels” how I call it.
Has nothing to do with elitism, is just harsh reality that apparently you (and me and others) have experience to go round without TC. And finally they made medium TC way less of a crutch and more punishing when you drive like before.
Haven’t been online yet, just doing some offline to get a feel for the cars and handling model, but if medium TC is really so different I’m going to enjoy blasting away out corners and seeing medium TC users make pirouettes everywehere 🤣 - mariohomoh3 years agoHero (Retired)@Padrino78 Do not lump people together here, mate. It is not like if anyone "whining" about traction is just a bad player or people that should be playing with TC on.
There are at least three related topics here:
a) Traction being off
b) TC being imbalanced: TC Medium seems to be too little and TC High makes it basically impossible to spin, taking the fun out of the game
c) FFB being off: perhaps for clipping, perhaps for how it was reworked this time, looks like many people are not getting the traction signal back in their controllers - at least not as clear and as intense as before.
Three issues. All related to traction somehow and that are bound to pop up in all this discussions.
Issue "a" was already acknowledged by the devs and the head of physics and handling department already said will improve once the expected patch that will make the transmission more realistic is released. So "whining" about it is moot, people in the know have long admitted and long been working on addressing it by making the physics more realistic and do away with the instantaneous power output at the wheels whenever there's any throttle input from the player.
Issue "b" is the one you're ignoring and why your "why just don't play with TC" suggestion is out of touch. As per their reports, TC do not follow the same overall balance from previous games and they cannot find a level that suits their needs.
Let's keep the "whining" about assists making people too fast (they do not) out of it. There are tons of ways to tune TC - and ABS for that matter. Devs can tune how early on the tyre grip vs load sensitivity curve the assist is activated, and they can tune how intense will be their effect once it kicks in.
Making changes to how the assists work do not automatically make the game unfair by making "assists faster than no-assists".
Issue "c" is still unclear, if a problem on the end user cranking up the settings too much or if indeed the game needs to be patched. The latter could probably be the case, given other unrelated reports of the FFB having issues in other aspects. - bmarcoux3 years agoNew Traveler@mariohomoh Best post of this issue I've read yet. Because the way the current TC settings are in the game, playing with FULL TC is ZERO FUN. The car drives like it's stuck in the mud, there's no chance of spinning, there's no chance of anything by just steering, hit the brakes, mash the gas. That's NOT FUN.
What is fun is having a version of TC that allows you to at least manage the car with a controller and have fun. The current state of the game does not provide this if you're using a controller and dont have 16 hours a day to practice feathering your triggers. Again; I could drive laps in F1 21 at most circuits with TC off. F1 22 there's a serious struggle in 3rd and 4th and 5th with TC on medium. That's a problem. It's been acknowledge by EA already. Get off your high horse.

@petro1319 Considering I’ve been playing games since their invention. This is the first time I’ve come across a TC model like this one: Lowest downforce default set up max tyre pressures and max stiff suspension and ARBs and still couldn’t get the back to step out. As So as you touch the steering the car instantly bogs down as though it’s getting sucked into the ground. I don’t understand why they thought this is the way. As tc on 21 was perfectly fine
im watching Jarno do last to first races in full lobbies and the longest it’s taken him is 3 laps. He’s just done one a silverstone in under a lap: Carnage every race.

I would not trust 100% the graphics on TV broadcasts. If you look for example braking, I do not think its accurate at all. No trail braking, always on/off. Camera footage is much more closer, even that we do not necessarily see every millimeter correctly.
What comes to TC, in my opinion full TC is full TC, and it should be pretty much impossible to spin. It should allow everyone to start the game, have fun for awhile and move forward.
I have not tried the medium TC, but if that is too close to no TC, it must be tweaked.
The problem with these selections is, that every player has his/her preference, how much TC they would like. Best would be to have more control and customisation again, like a slider. But hey, what's perfect in this world.
- 3 years ago@ScarDuck14 Open lobbies are like the wasteland in Mad Max unfortunately. Luckily there are leagues and communities for multiplayer races.

No other team would ever allow that to be shown worldwide. Braking modulation is a fundamental parameter of a driver's pace. That's why it's always been and is an on/off.
