i can Confirm this happend to me too. Cant play My Team right now. Engine is not lasting one single race....

What happens when the bug occurs? The durability of the ICE will rapidly increase until the car is no longer drivable
What do you expect to see? A normal speed wear on the ICE similar to last years engine weari can Inform you, that the Bug appears when you first drive out of the box with the Car. Befor that the Engine has a Lifetime of 256 Laps, after just one single Lap (!) it decreases to 54 Laps Lifetime and 8% Wear. So the calculation between Lifetime and Session length is not right at the moment! Something is realy broken here!!!

When will they fix this. At the moment its impossible to play.

Summarize your bug: ICE takes extreme amounts of wear between 1-3% per lap making myteam unplayable since u have to take a penalty every race or risk being 2 seconds slower per lap just in engine power.

What happens when the bug occurs? The wear on the ICE drastically increases to the point when it is undriveable.
What do you expect to see? A fix to the engine wear making the game playable making me not regretting buying the gameYou guys all take the bait to actually respond to EA, making you feel you do something wrong, just to try to ignore the FACT that the ICE wear is simply a every year returning bug on release for several years now.
that only proves that their starting base to build F1 titles are ALWAYS the same buggy foundation and a busted EGO engine.
every year it releases with the exact same bugs and errors as always.
this is one of them. So don’t let the EA mods fool you, we as a community have much more experience with CM releasing broken stuff every year.
If anything it’s good we are all having a whinge about it ? Relax yourself we know they do this every year it’s just about time they get it together can’t even play the one game we wait for every year

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Career mode, both solo and online coop
How often does the bug occur? Continuously
Steps:
How can we find the bug ourselves? Through any career mode practice, quali or race
What happens when the bug occurs? The ICU wears by about 3% per lap. 18 lap race after qualifying and practice left be a 70% worn engine
What do you expect to see? This to be fixed ASAP
Must have something to do with scaling. I drive 100% races and full season (22 races). No issues regarding any component wear on PS5.
Hopefully this gets sorted out soon.
