On driver career on F1 22 the ICE wears between 4 and 6% a lap is this a bug that needs to be resolved or is it part of this year's games because it seems a lot more excessive than last years I've used 2 engines in 2 races...
Sounds like a bug, currently I am on MyTeam with 22 Races and don`t experience such issues. Afterwards I will try Driver-Career later on.
I’m not seeing this either in my team. And have used Ferrari, Mercedes and Red ball power units. Although Have noticed gearbox wear is compared to last year

I’m doing a regular driver career with Ferrari at 50% race length. I haven’t noticed my ICE wearing too much without reliability upgrades. I think my ICE is at 32% and I’m about to start the Imola race weekend. I’ve noticed my Turbo 40%, MGU-H 44%, and Gearbox 52% wear down really fast. My MGU-K is at 28% and CE at 20%. I just got some gearbox and MGU-H reliability upgrades so I feel a little better. I remember with F1 2021 my CE wore really fast without upgrades but I may just do with a minor upgrade for CE with F1 22.
