Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launching the game and tabbing out while. Issue is more noticeable when audio is play outside of the game (e.g. video or music), as it will stutter when tabbed out.
What happens when the bug occurs? PC seizes up completely. Audio and screens stutter, including the game itself when tabbed out. GPU usage drops to 0 resulting in temperatures, clock speeds and voltages dropping too. (Radeon RX6600XT) Windows features, like the alt tab menu, will lag out too.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to tab out without any lag, as I could before yesterday. Temperatures shouldn't be reaching 90 degrees in the main menu. This game shouldn't use more of my gpu than something significantly more intensive.

PC lags too much to record the issue.

Started happening yesterday, never had the issue prior.

GPU temperature reaches 90 degrees celcius in the menus (barely goes above 60 while actually playing). GPU also seemingly cuts out when I press alt+tab resulting in the lag.

Lag was so bad one time that it forced windows to shut down.
