the personnel department is is survivable for me and I don't mind it too much. if you know a fix to make it possible for me to upgrade r&d parts after upgrading the spec in my aero facility then please may you share.
Found a fix tonight brother, upgrade the facility to the next spec after and it fixes the r&d screen telling you to upgrade the facility.
