F1 22 my team HQ facility upgrades not working

Summarize your bug In my team career mode i have upgraded my aerodynamics facility to spec 1 so I could continue to upgrade aero components in the R&D screen. however when the upgrade came in i cannot upgrade my aero components as it says "requires spec 1" so i cant upgrade them even though it is spec 1
Which area is the bug/glitch in? My Team
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? in my team upgrade the quality control on the aero department so the facility becomes spec 1, then try and upgrade the spec 1 aero upgrades in R&D
What happens when the bug occurs? i cannot upgrade any aspect of the aero upgrades, including: drag reduction, front down force and rear down force. this stalls all upgrades and makes it impossible to progress.
What do you expect to see? i expect to be able to upgrade my aerodynamic parts of the car that require spec 1.
