F1 22 Not working properly

Question

I have 2 problems, I'd like addressed:1. F1 22 does not seem to work for me. I am on a PC and I was playing it perfectly fine until last week when suddenly I'd load a race and it would be completely black. I cant see the car, I cannot see anything but I can control where it goes. What is the point if I CAN NOT SEE! Moreover, the main menu page is completely black and there is a spotlight only on the options to choose from. I WANT THIS FIXED!&nbsp;2. I have written to EA support almost 4 times and not once have I received a reply back from them or even an acknowledgment that they have received my support request.&nbsp;Please can someone help me out here? I have had enough of this crap customer service.&nbsp;

First, reinstall or update your video drivers and retry playing.

If the issue persists, try repairing your game as follows:&nbsp;

Origin: right click and Repair the game
Steam: verify files -&nbsp;https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/0C48-FCBD-DA71-93EB

I have this same issue and before the game itself launches it says I need to update windows but i have the latest update, drivers, verified files, reinstalled the game and still the exact same problem I cannot see anything except the menu options but no background, cars. etc..
