Having a very similar problem as what was seen in the linked Reddit post in this thread, not as bad, but still severe enough to be quite a problem. When looking around in full VR, it feels like the display is moving behind my movement, like it's on a delay, with horrendous tearing on all settings, which from what SteamVR tells me, has me running at an average frametime of 15.8ms, jumping around way above what it should be with horrid 1% lows. Even with a fairly decent setup (3700X, 6800XT, 64Gb RAM, Windows 11) which has 0 issues on other VR titles, and my Oculus Rift S, which is labelled as "supported" is still unplayable.
Going off what Task Manager and AMD was showing, my GPU usage was nowhere near full use (sitting around 40%-70% @ 50C), and only 40% CPU usage. So the program is failing to utilise the whole capacity of the system
